RO Plant

Reverse Osmosis acts exactly in the opposite direction of osmosis process. Pressure is applied on the concentration solution to force water through membrane to dilute solution to produce pure water. The pressure applied to overcome the osmotic pressure is known as Reverse Osmosis. The pure

water produced is known as Pure water or permeate and the concentrated water solution is known as reject or brine water.

The in-line design enables the pump to be installed in a horizontal one-pipe system where the suction and discharge ports are in the same horizontal plane and have the same pipe dimensions. This design provides a more compact pump design and pipework.

This pumps come with various pump sizes and various numbers of stages to provide the flow and the pressure required. CR pumps are designed for a variety of applications from the pumping of potable water to the pumping of chemicals. The pumps are therefore suitable for a wide diversity of pumping systems where the performance and material of the pump meet specific demands.

Hydro Pneumatic System

UNIQUE WATER TECHNOLOGIES presents hydro pneumatic system consists of a pressure pump and a pressure tank.

When it comes to the usage of Hydropneumatic Systems, innovatively crafted water pumps, its high power design is mostly applicable in situations where water is needed in variable amount but has to be delivered continuously and with uniform pressure- like to all floors of high rise apartments and commercial buildings. Such places usually comprise of bathroom fittings like shower, Jacuzzis, that need pressurized water to ensure that the accessories work properly

The types of Hydro pneumatic systems:
  1. Constant Speed System– Fx1- This HYPN system is used primarily in residential houses and buildings as well as small scale commercial set ups where is is employed in transferring water and filling tanks.
  2. Cascade system-MX– In this, all pumps work via one VFD (a variable-frequency drive). It is mostly used in industrial applications in medium size commercials and residential buildings.
  3. All pumps VFD system-EX– These are majorly used by large commercial sectors like hospitals, malls, airports, metros, based on what is the need of the specific sector.
  4. The formation of a Hydro pneumatic system:

    It consists of 2 to 6 multistage centrifugal pumps, which are capable of bearing high pressure. It also has high-resistance valves and a control panel to control the number of pumps that will be functioning based on system discharge and the rate of pressure. As the centrifugal motors and pumps are prone to start and stop many times, pressure tanks are there to reduce the frequency. It also consists of switches build to sense high and low pressure as well as a pressure transmitter.

    Made up of rubber bladder, the pressure tanks are surrounded by pressurized air as water is a non-compressible fluid. As soon as you open a tap, the pressure in the tank is reduced as the water level goes down. As soon as the pressure level drops to a certain level, the pressure switch senses it and turns on the pumps and turns it off when the desired level of pressure is achieved.


Pressure Filtration

Pressure Filtration is the process of separating a suspended solid such as a precipitate from the liquid in which it is already suspended by straining it – under pressure – through a porous medium that can be penetrated easily by liquid. Pressure Filtration is used extensively in a range of industries including- Chemical manufacturing, Pigments, Mining, Mineral processing, Frac sand, Aggregates, Sugar beet processing, Winemaking, Beer making & Metal/surface finishing

Each electrode may become either the anode or the cathode depending on the direction of current through the cell. A bipolar electrode is an electrode that functions as the anode of one cell and the cathode of another cell.


Dosing and Metering Pumps

Metering pump, also called dosing pump. Dosing pump is widely used in various industry: hospital, chemicals, wastewater treatment, water works etc… And according to the principle, it include following types: metering diaphragm pump, metering screw pump, metering roller pump, metering piston pump etc… Here the metering pump we refers to is mainly related filter press: membrane metering pump.

Membrane Metering Pump, also called “membrane Dosing Pump”, moves a precise volume of liquid in a specified time period providing an accurate flow rate. Delivery of fluids in precise adjustable flow rates is sometimes called metering. Diaphragm dosing pump, according to the driving type, basically include two type: electromagnetic membrane metering pump and mechanical membrane metering pump.

Diaphragm Metering Pump have a diaphragm through which repeated compression / decompression motion is transmitted. The liquid does not penetrate through the diaphragm, so the liquid inside the pump is sealed off from the outside. Such motion changes the volume of a chamber in the pump head so that liquid enters through an inlet check valve during decompression and exits through an outlet check valve during compression, in a manner similar to piston pumps. Diaphragm pumps can also be made which discharge at fairly high pressure.
